Overview

Aur is one of Iceland's leading consumer fintech apps — mobile payments, peer-to-peer transfers, subscriptions, and consumer lending in a single consumer product.

01

The problem

Consumer fintech UI must feel instant and trustworthy. Small UX regressions in payment or lending flows directly impact conversion and support load.

02

The approach

I prioritized flow clarity, frontend performance, and incremental UX improvements backed by product iteration — making high-traffic screens faster and easier to scan.
