The product moves fast: new agent capabilities ship weekly, data density is high, and sales teams need clarity under load. The frontend had to stay maintainable while supporting rich, stateful UI without sacrificing performance.

Approach
I focused on composable feature modules, predictable data-fetch patterns, and UI that scales from empty states to dense operational dashboards. Performance budgets were treated as a product requirement, not a late audit.
