challenge

The challenge

Financial products demand trust, clarity, and reliability. Merchant flows span onboarding, service portals, and operational tooling — each with different user mental models but one brand system.

approach

Approach

I treated each flow as part of a coherent product language: strong hierarchy, restrained motion, and frontend patterns that made complex payment concepts scannable for non-technical merchants.

contributions

What I worked on

  • Developed merchant-facing web experiences and service portal UI
  • Implemented product flows across POS, e-commerce, and payment surfaces
  • Collaborated in a cross-functional fintech team on UX and frontend quality
  • Maintained consistency across multiple product areas under one brand

outcome

Outcome

Delivered production frontend work for a regulated payment platform used at national scale — balancing compliance-minded UX with modern React architecture.
